Why this role matters
As the Sales Manager for Saudi Arabia, you will play a pivotal role in driving CES&rsquo;s continued expansion within the Kingdom.
Based in Riyadh, you will be responsible for leading sales and customer relationships across Saudi Arabia, with a primary focus on Riyadh Schools. You&rsquo;ll manage key accounts, drive new business, and lead initiatives to position CES as the partner of choice for international schools across the region.
This role combines strategic leadership and hands-on delivery &mdash; blending business development, relationship management, and operational excellence to achieve ambitious growth targets.
What you&rsquo;ll be doing
<ul><li>Manage and service existing schools under the Riyadh Schools Platform.
</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and execute an annual business plan outlining key strategic aims and objectives for Saudi Arabia.
</li></ul><ul><li>Own and deliver monthly and annual financial sales targets for the KSA region.
</li></ul><ul><li>Lead on major projects and strategic planning across all regional sales activities.
</li></ul><ul><li>Deliver compelling, consultative sales presentations to international schools and key stakeholders.
</li></ul><ul><li>Create bespoke, customer-winning proposals that address school needs and challenges.
</li></ul><ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships through face-to-face meetings with schools and education leaders.
</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with internal departments to deliver agreed customer initiatives effectively.
</li></ul><ul><li>Identify and capitalise on opportunities for revenue growth.
</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor customer feedback and drive service or process improvements where needed.
</li></ul><ul><li>Manage customer queries, complaints, and conflict resolution professionally and efficiently.
</li></ul><ul><li>Champion initiatives that enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
</li></ul>What we&rsquo;re looking for
Required:

</li></ul><ul><li>Proven experience in sales, ideally within education or a related field.
</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication, decision-making, and organisational skills.
</li></ul><ul><li>Strong commercial insight and business acumen.
</li></ul><ul><li>Experience working with schools or educational institutions in Saudi Arabia.
</li></ul><ul><li>Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

What you&rsquo;ll be doing
<ul><li>Develop and deliver an annual business plan outlining key strategic objectives and growth targets for the MENA region.
</li></ul><ul><li>Manage and monitor a regional marketing and sales budget in line with forecasts and promotional activities.
</li></ul><ul><li>Produce accurate twelve-month rolling forecasts, considering sales trends, seasonality, and customer demand.
</li></ul><ul><li>Deliver compelling, consultative sales presentations to international schools and key education stakeholders.
</li></ul><ul><li>Create bespoke proposals and solutions that directly address customer needs and challenges.
</li></ul><ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships through face-to-face meetings with key customers and partners across the region.
</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with internal departments to deliver customer initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and alignment.
</li></ul><ul><li>Track and report on performance against productivity, financial, and customer satisfaction targets.
</li></ul><ul><li>Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor customer feedback and drive service improvements where required.
</li></ul><ul><li>Support customer queries and manage conflict resolution professionally and efficiently.
