Who we are

Commercial Education Supplies (CES) is part of the Children & Education portfolio within CSG, supporting schools worldwide with high-quality educational resources. Through continuous growth, innovation, and international expansion, CES is helping educators and learners achieve their full potential.

Being Part of Something Great means joining an organisation that values development, creativity, and collaboration. You’ll be part of a transformation journey that empowers you to make a real impact — all while working with people who are passionate about improving education.

Why this role matters

As the MENA Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving CES’s growth across the Middle East and North Africa. You’ll lead the sales strategy for international schools within the region, positioning CES as the partner of choice for educational resources.

This is a highly visible, commercially focused role where you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery — building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of schools and educators.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and deliver an annual business plan outlining key strategic objectives and growth targets for the MENA region.
  • Manage and monitor a regional marketing and sales budget in line with forecasts and promotional activities.
  • Produce accurate twelve-month rolling forecasts, considering sales trends, seasonality, and customer demand.
  • Deliver compelling, consultative sales presentations to international schools and key education stakeholders.
  • Create bespoke proposals and solutions that directly address customer needs and challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through face-to-face meetings with key customers and partners across the region.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver customer initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and alignment.
  • Track and report on performance against productivity, financial, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor customer feedback and drive service improvements where required.
  • Support customer queries and manage conflict resolution professionally and efficiently.
  • Measure and analyse customer experience metrics, championing initiatives to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Challenge existing processes and champion best practices to ensure a first-class customer experience.
  • Plan, propose, and manage annual budgets to ensure delivery against agreed objectives.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in sales, with strong product and market knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong commercial insight and business acumen.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
  • Experience working in international or complex business environments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable:

  • Experience in the education resources or international schools market.
  • Knowledge of international shipping and logistics processes.

What you’ll get in return

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
  • 30 days of annual leave.
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities to support career growth.
  • Private health insurance
  • Return flight ticket on eligibility
