Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide direct support to both the Vice President of Sales and the Vice President of Purchasing. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of two fast-paced departments, requiring exceptional multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Serve as a central point of communication between Sales, Purchasing, and internal/external stakeholders</li><li>Support in the management of data and AI-based platforms</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the VPs</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional meetings and track action items to ensure timely follow-up</li><li>Assist with sales reporting, forecasting documentation, and purchasing order tracking</li><li>Maintain organized records, contracts, and documentation for both departments</li><li>Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion</li><li>Support special projects and initiatives as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>2+ years of experience supporting management staff, preferably in sales, procurement, or operations</li><li>Exceptional organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication abilities</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems</li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li><li>High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience working in both sales and purchasing or supply chain environments</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights</li><li>Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach to anticipating needs</li><li>High energy</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package</li><li>Work/life balance</li><li>Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership</li><li>Dynamic and collaborative work environment</li><li>Career growth and development opportunities</li></ul>Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
