Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time APRN or Physician Assistant for the Community Clinic in downtown Springdale, Arkansas. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, a commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centered care, and a passion for community health. The Provider will manage a panel of patients, support appropriate interventions, and contribute to quality and value-based care initiatives. Schedule will be approximately Monday-Friday 8-5. Malpractice coverage and student loan forgiveness available to qualified candidates.
Essential Job Responsibilities<ul><li>
Provides clinical services as defined at the Community Clinic or through sites designated for the provision of health care services by the Clinic</li><li>
Practices within the scope of competency as an APRN or PA</li><li>
Utilize established evidence-based clinical protocols.</li><li>
Adheres to the mission of Community Clinic, reinforces mission with staff, and promotes mission to the community.</li><li>
Refers patients for specialized care when conditions fall outside of standard scope of practice of APRN or PA.</li><li>
Cooperates with administrative duties such as: credentialing, clinic certifications, medical staff development, and representation within the community.</li><li>
Ensures clinical notes are entered in the patient&rsquo;s electronic medical record in an accurate and timely manner, according to industry standards and Community Clinic policy.</li><li>
Assigns all patient and third party billing responsibility and resultant income to the Community Clinic.</li><li>
Participates in Quality Improvement practices in the clinic, including, but is not limited to, chart and peer reviews.</li><li>
Meets or exceeds minimum productivity expectations.</li><li>
Utilizes all Clinic resources to improve patient outcomes, including behavioral health consultants, Diabetic Educators, audiologists, etc.</li><li>
Maintains continuing education at board-required levels.</li><li>
Adheres to applicable regulatory guidelines and laws, including but not limited to HIPAA/HITECH, CLIA, HRSA and OSHA.</li></ul>

Required qualifications<ul><li>
Graduate of an accredited nursing or medical school program</li><li>
Licensed to practice in the state of Arkansas as an APRN or PA</li><li>
Holds a current appropriate DEA number (or is able to obtain)</li></ul>
Preferred qualifications<ul><li>
Experience in an FQHC or other ambulatory care setting strongly preferred.</li><li>
Spanish language ability preferred.</li><li>
Family Practice experience preferred.</li></ul>

Job Summary
Community Clinic is seeking an experienced Nurse or Medical Assistant to hire as the Clinical Team Lead for the clinical team at our Primary &amp; Specialty Clinic in Rogers, AR. The Clinical Team Lead is the Practice Manager&rsquo;s right hand and will lead the day-to-day activities of the patient care support team consisting of Nurses and Medical Assistants. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, outpatient clinical experience, and a passion for providing access to health care to everyone in our community! This position is Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Bilingual speaking ability of Spanish &amp; English is preferred. 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Assists the Practice Manager to ensure efficient patient flow and high quality staff performance.</li><li>
Assumes responsibility of the clinic in the Practice Manager&rsquo;s absence, in conjunction with the DON.</li><li>
Leads the team on a daily basis, by providing a model of positive, compassionate care for our patients and support to our staff.</li><li>
Demonstrates exceptional customer service while interacting with providers, patients and coworkers.</li><li>
Ensures adequate staff coverage for absences and helps develop work assignments. Include proactive development of staffing plan as well as the ability to flex coverage daily depended on practice need.</li><li>
Provides direct clinical support to the providers as needed.</li><li>
Trains, mentors and completes staff competency evaluations for both new and existing clinical staff.</li><li>
Assists in the supervision of clinical staff and gives input for performance reviews and corrective action plans as needed.</li><li>
Assists in coordination of inventory and ordering medical supplies, as required.</li><li>
Adheres to applicable regulatory guidelines and laws, including but not limited to HIPAA/HITECH, CLIA, HRSA, NCQA PCMH and OSHA.</li></ul> 
Skills<ul><li>

Intermediate or better using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.</li><li>

Required Qualifications<ul><li>
HS Diploma or equivalent required</li><li>
Current active Nursing license or Medical Assistant certification required.</li><li>
5+ experience in patient care in an outpatient setting required</li></ul> 
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred</li><li>
Multilingual ability (especially Spanish or Marshallese) preferred</li></ul>
