Your Mission</h3>
We&rsquo;re seeing new and interesting product use cases emerge regularly&mdash;and we&rsquo;re looking for someone to help us understand, weigh, and communicate them clearly. As our first dedicated product marketing hire, you&rsquo;ll define and own the function from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CEO, you&rsquo;ll be a key partner to Growth, Product, Sales, and Customer Success. 
You&rsquo;ll own the end-to-end positioning, packaging, and go-to-market success of our core phone product and integrated communications suite. You&rsquo;ll ensure every feature we ship reaches the right audience, with the right message, through the right channel&mdash;and that the story lands.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You&rsquo;ll Actually Do</h3>
Positioning &amp; Messaging<ul><li>
Develop and maintain differentiated positioning for each core use case</li><li>
Deliver two updated personas and a refreshed messaging framework within your first 30 days</li></ul>
 Launch &amp; Enablement<ul><li>
Run GTM for every new feature or pricing change: define launch tiers, write launch briefs, own the comms calendar</li><li>
Lead one Tier-1 launch per month (features used by &gt;20% of users or tied to upsell motion)</li></ul>
Revenue &amp; Sales Alignment<ul><li>
Own product marketing inputs to sales playbooks, user lifecycle, sales training, and CS enablement&mdash;reviewed biweekly with Sales and CS</li></ul>
Voice of the Customer<ul><li>
Talk to users in our ICPs and grow to understand them deeply</li><li>
Partner with CS and Research to generate one new customer case study per month</li><li>
Conduct win/loss interviews monthly to inform roadmap prioritization and competitive content</li></ul>
Cross-Functional Leadership<ul><li>
Run a weekly GTM sync with Growth, CS, and Product</li><li>
Provide insights for roadmap planning (next two quarters), especially as they relate to competitive shifts or field learnings that influence prioritization</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What We&rsquo;re Looking For</h3><ul><li>
4&ndash;7 years in product marketing, ideally in SMB or consumer SaaS with a self-serve checkout and light-touch sales motion</li><li>
Experience shipping GTM for features tied to revenue impact&mdash;not just awareness</li><li>
Comfortable owning positioning for both hardware and software products serving low-tech audiences</li><li>
Excellent communicator and structured thinker&mdash;bonus if you can share a portfolio or sample launch plan</li><li>
Strong collaborator with an operator mindset: you focus on outcomes, prioritize speed, and work through blockers</li><li>

Increased logo growth and reduced CPA on target ICPs through maturing channels</li><li>
Accelerated feature adoption post-conversion for key ICPs</li><li>
Strong alignment between product value and sales/growth messaging</li><li>
Consistent messaging across key surfaces (site, demo, content)</li><li>
Improved conversion from site traffic to qualified leads among target ICPs</li></ul> 
Total compensation with equity: $155k- $190k per year. 401(k) and health insurance included.

 Compensation:
We are hiring globally and paying $6/hour as a base salary with additional commission potential 
 Shifts:

That means taking inbound calls and reaching out to people who&rsquo;ve submitted form fills requesting more info or callbacks. No cold calling, just helping customers who&rsquo;ve already raised their hands, and making sure to ALWAYS BE CLOSING.
