Community Phone is building the best phone for communities in America. We are your hair salon&rsquo;s business phone, how your auto-body shop texts you or gets appointments, your local government agency&rsquo;s operations line, and your mom&rsquo;s phone that she sometimes answers on her computer. We have more than 20,000 customers today, and are building the missing phone.
Our team is ~80 people strong, across 15 countries. We are growing quickly, backed by Y Combinator Accelerator and Y Combinator&rsquo;s Continuity Fund. We are customer-obsessed to the core. When we had a major network outage, everyone from recruiters to engineers to marketers to customer support agents got on the phone with our customers. Our team exemplifies our purpose.  What You&rsquo;ll Do</h1>
You&rsquo;ll spend your time connecting with customers who already want to hear from us. That means taking inbound calls and reaching out to people who&rsquo;ve submitted form fills requesting more info or callbacks. No cold calling, just helping customers who&rsquo;ve already raised their hands, and making sure to ALWAYS BE CLOSING.

Help seniors who just want technology that feels simple again (that&rsquo;s right, we&rsquo;re not making them download 12 apps to answer a call)</li><li>
Listen with patience, explain clearly, and close with confidence</li><li>
Make sure their number ports over smoothly- because first impressions matter.</li></ul>

 What You&rsquo;ll Need For This Role</h1>
We care about our brand, and that starts with you. Your setup is non-negotiable:<ul><li>

Minimum 2 years of sales experience (huge plus if you have experience selling to telecom and/or to the US market)</li></ul>

 Compensation</h1><ul><li>
Base Salary: $10,200/year to start (paid bi-weekly)</li><li>
Bonus: $850/month at quota (to start)</li><li>
Commission: Uncapped : your hunger = your paycheck</li><li>
Kickass Potential: Crush your first 6 months and there&rsquo;s room to increase your base on top of commissions</li></ul></div>
