This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your caregiving skills while making a lasting impact on families and communities.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide attentive care to children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times</li><li>Support childhood development through engaging activities that promote learning, social skills, and emotional growth</li><li>Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, dressing, and nap times in accordance with individual needs</li><li>Implement behavior management strategies to foster positive behavior and emotional regulation</li><li>Collaborate with families and team members to develop personalized care plans tailored to each child's unique requirements</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards</li><li>Use first aid skills promptly when necessary and follow proper procedures for emergencies or injuries</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool settings, babysitting, nannying, or classroom environments is highly preferred</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices</li><li>Experience caring for infants and toddlers with patience and sensitivity</li><li>Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is advantageous</li><li>Strong understanding of behavior management techniques to support positive growth</li><li>Certification in first aid and CPR is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is appreciated</li><li>Previous caregiving roles that involved teaching or caregiving in early childhood settings will be considered an asset</li></ul>Join us in creating nurturing environments where children thrive!
