1) Tender Review &amp; Cost Estimation<ul><li>Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, scope of work, and project requirements.</li><li>Prepare accurate BOQ take-off for softscape, hardscape, irrigation networks, agricultural works, greenhouses, and nursery operations.</li><li>Develop cost estimates for materials, plants, fertilizers, equipment, agricultural inputs, labor, subcontractors, and overheads.</li><li>Prepare detailed and competitive financial proposals.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement to obtain updated quotations for all landscape and agricultural materials.</li></ul>2) Landscaping &amp; Agriculture Technical Expertise<ul><li>Softscape: Trees, palms, shrubs, groundcovers, seasonal flowers, turfing, soil types, mulching, planting methods.</li><li>Hardscape: Paving, walkways, curbstone, pergolas, retaining walls, street furniture, water features.</li><li>Irrigation Systems: Drip, sprinkler, pumping systems, control valves, filtration, water tank sizing, irrigation schematics.</li><li>Agriculture: Soil preparation, fertilizers, pesticides, plant nutrition, irrigation scheduling.</li><li>Nurseries: Seedlings, propagation, growth cycles, plant sizing, nursery operations, potting mixes.</li><li>Greenhouses: Structures, shading systems, climate control, growing media, irrigation requirements.</li><li>Soil &amp; Fertilizers: Types, blends, amendments, NPK ratios, organic fertilizers, soil improvement materials.</li></ul>3) Cost Analysis &amp; Value Engineering<ul><li>Evaluate cost drivers and propose value engineering alternatives.</li><li>Analyze market rates, suppliers, and competitors&rsquo; pricing strategies.</li><li>Identify project risks and include contingency factors accordingly.</li></ul>4) Coordination &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Liaise with design, agriculture, irrigation, procurement, and project execution teams.</li><li>Prepare clarifications, RFIs, and respond to client tender queries.</li><li>Develop and maintain databases for material prices, plants, fertilizers, and nursery stock.</li><li>Ensure all submissions meet client requirements and deadlines.</li></ul>Requirements:Mandatory Industry Experience (شرط أساسي):<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years experience in:</li><li>Softscape</li><li>Hardscape</li><li>Irrigation</li><li>Agriculture</li><li>Landscaping &amp; Afforestation Tender Pricing</li><li>Experience in pricing large-scale landscape projects (Giga, compounds, parks, resorts, public spaces).</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree: Civil / Landscape Architecture / Architecture .</li><li>Strong BOQ, estimation, and technical drawing reading skills.</li><li>Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel.</li><li>Strong negotiation experience with suppliers and subcontractors.</li><li>Good communication and technical writing skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of KSA market prices</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tenders under pressure.</li><li>Primavera knowledge is a plus.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
