In this remote role, you won't just be managing accounts; you will be shaping our content strategy, leading a creative team, and overseeing high-impact paid campaigns to drive our business growth.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive social media action plans and content strategies aligned with our corporate goals.</li><li>Account Management: Oversee and manage daily operations across all social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice.</li><li>Paid Campaigns Supervision: Direct, oversee, and evaluate sponsored ad campaigns. Work closely with media buyers or agencies to ensure optimal budget allocation, target audience alignment, and maximum ROI.</li><li>Team Leadership &amp; Recruitment: Manage, mentor, and develop the social media team remotely.
