At ِCompact, we are looking for a driven and strategic Social Media Specialist to lead our digital presence. In this remote role, you won't just be managing accounts; you will be shaping our content strategy, leading a creative team, and overseeing high-impact paid campaigns to drive our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive social media action plans and content strategies aligned with our corporate goals.
- Account Management: Oversee and manage daily operations across all social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice.
- Paid Campaigns Supervision: Direct, oversee, and evaluate sponsored ad campaigns. Work closely with media buyers or agencies to ensure optimal budget allocation, target audience alignment, and maximum ROI.
- Team Leadership & Recruitment: Manage, mentor, and develop the social media team remotely. Actively participate in interviewing and hiring new marketing talent to build a high-performing unit.
- Technical Ad Management: Apply your deep technical knowledge of performance marketing, conversion tracking, and campaign analytics to guide and optimize paid strategies across platforms (Snapchat, TikTok, Meta, X, LinkedIn).
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in social media management and content creation.
- GCC Market Expertise: A deep understanding of the GCC market, local cultural nuances, consumer behavior, and current digital trends.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
- Paid Media Proficiency: Strong technical understanding of paid social media advertising, campaign mechanics, and performance metrics (ROAS, CPC, CTR).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a highly creative and problem-solving mindset.
