Social Media Specialist

Job Title: Social Media Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, audience engagement, and performance analysis to enhance brand awareness and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage daily interactions, comments, and messages professionally.
  • Monitor trends and leverage them to increase reach and engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools) is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in paid social media campaigns.
  • Familiarity with content calendars and scheduling tools.
  • Understanding of branding and storytelling techniques.
