 Complete Care at Boulevard is a premier healthcare facility committed to excellence and compassion. We are seeking a high-level Business Office Manager (BOM) to lead our financial operations and ensure the highest standards of fiscal integrity.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Financial Management: Maintain accurate resident trust accounts (balanced monthly) and manage all cash receipts and billing files.
 </li>
 <li>
 Revenue Cycle &amp; Collections: Coordinate closely with corporate billers and the Administrator to manage accounts receivable and oversee all collection efforts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complex Filings: Manage PA applications, Social Security documentation, and Representative Payee (Rep Payee) duties.
 </li>
 <li>
 Resident Support: Guide residents and families through Medicaid qualification and provide clear, compassionate explanations of billing statements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Compliance: Maintain rigorous record-keeping systems and ensure full confidentiality in accordance with healthcare regulations.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Business Office Manager (BOM) in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical Expertise: Proven experience with PA applications, Rep Payee management, and Social Security protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Skills: Strong knowledge of reimbursement systems, accounts receivable, and Medicaid eligibility.
