We pride ourselves on delivering results through accuracy, accountability, and dedicated client relationships.Job OverviewWe are currently seeking Certified Professional Coders with experience in pathology to join our forward-thinking coding team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating directly with clients to ensure accurate documentation, proper charge capture, and compliance with ever-evolving industry standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Review and abstract medical records to assign accurate ICD-10-CM and CPT codes for pathology services</li><li>Apply CPT coding guidelines related to separate procedures, bundling, and add-on codes</li><li>Ensure compliance with CMS regulations, including NCCI Edits, MIPS, and NCD/LCD policies</li><li>Communicate with providers or client teams to clarify documentation or coding discrepancies</li><li>Stay up to date with industry changes, payer-specific requirements, and coding policies</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Certified Professional Coder (CPC, CCS-P, or equivalent certification)</li><li>Proficiency in ICD-10-CM coding and CPT coding for pathology</li><li>Strong knowledge of CMS initiatives and reimbursement guidelines</li><li>Experience with NCCI Edits, MIPS reporting, and LCD/NCD rules</li><li>2+ years of pathology coding experience preferred</li><li>Hospital-based coding experience is a plus</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines</li></ul>BenefitsCompleteCare offers a competitive benefits package, including:<ul><li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li><li>Medical Plan</li><li>Health Savings Account (HSA)</li><li>Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance</li><li>401(k) Retirement Plan</li><li>Paid Holidays</li></ul>Why Join Us?At CompleteCare, you&rsquo;re more than just a coder &mdash; you&rsquo;re a valued member of a team that supports growth, innovation, and work-life balance.
