This is an on-call, weather-dependent position ideal for someone looking for flexible, part-time work.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Safely remove ice dams from residential and commercial roofs</li><li>Use hand tools</li><li>Work outdoors in cold, winter conditions</li><li>Follow safety procedures and use proper fall-protection equipment</li><li>Communicate professionally with customers and team members</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Comfortable working on roofs and ladders</li><li>Physically able to lift, shovel, and work for extended periods in cold weather</li><li>Reliable transportation and ability to respond on short notice</li><li>Punctual, dependable, and safety-focused</li><li>Prior roofing, snow removal, or construction experience a plus (not required)</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Flexible, on-call scheduling</li><li>Competitive pay</li><li>Training provided</li><li>Opportunity for additional winter work</li><li>Opportunity for additional types of work</li></ul>Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hourExpected hours: 1.0 &ndash; 20.0 per weekWork Location: In person
