Schedule: Part-Time, On-Call (Winter Season)

We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to assist with ice dam removal during the winter season. This is an on-call, weather-dependent position ideal for someone looking for flexible, part-time work.

Responsibilities:

• Safely remove ice dams from residential and commercial roofs
• Use hand tools
• Work outdoors in cold, winter conditions
• Follow safety procedures and use proper fall-protection equipment
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members

Requirements:

• Comfortable working on roofs and ladders
• Physically able to lift, shovel, and work for extended periods in cold weather
• Reliable transportation and ability to respond on short notice
• Punctual, dependable, and safety-focused
• Prior roofing, snow removal, or construction experience a plus (not required)
