Your proactive approach and compassionate nature will help children thrive and homes stay welcoming and tidy.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide attentive babysitting for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and school-aged kids, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times</li><li>Engage children with educational activities, playtime, and age-appropriate learning to foster development and curiosity</li><li>Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, dressing, and nap schedules for infants and toddlers</li><li>Perform household chores related to childcare, including laundry, tidying up toys and children's belongings, and meal preparation for kids</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized living space by managing household tasks like light cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, and dishwashing</li><li>Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care as needed</li><li>Follow safety protocols diligently; possess or be willing to obtain first aid certification to handle emergencies confidently</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in nannying or babysitting with references demonstrating reliability and trustworthiness</li><li>Knowledge of infant care practices including feeding schedules, diapering, sleep routines, and developmental milestones</li><li>Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable</li><li>Familiarity with daycare environments or teaching roles involving young children enhances your caregiving skills</li><li>Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified</li><li>Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and caregivers</li><li>Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a lively household environment</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding journey where your nurturing spirit supports children's growth while keeping homes comfortable and organized.
