Responsibilities

• Provide attentive babysitting for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and school-aged kids, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
• Engage children with educational activities, playtime, and age-appropriate learning to foster development and curiosity
• Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, dressing, and nap schedules for infants and toddlers
• Perform household chores related to childcare, including laundry, tidying up toys and children's belongings, and meal preparation for kids
• Maintain a clean, organized living space by managing household tasks like light cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, and dishwashing
• Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care as needed
• Follow safety protocols diligently; possess or be willing to obtain first aid certification to handle emergencies confidently

Qualifications

• Proven experience in nannying or babysitting with references demonstrating reliability and trustworthiness
• Knowledge of infant care practices including feeding schedules, diapering, sleep routines, and developmental milestones
• Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
• Familiarity with daycare environments or teaching roles involving young children enhances your caregiving skills
• Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and caregivers
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a lively household environment

Pay: $22.72 - $27.36 per hour
