We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can help grow a personal brand, drive quality leads, and amplify impact through digital platforms.This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to personal branding, content-driven marketing, and real business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal Brand &amp; Social Media Growth<ul><li>Manage and grow presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube &amp; Facebook</li><li>Plan monthly content calendars aligned with talks, events, and sessions</li><li>Ensure brand tone stays authentic, motivational, and practical</li></ul>Performance Marketing &amp; Leads<ul><li>Run and optimize Meta Ads &amp; Google Ads for inquiries and registrations</li><li>Generate leads for corporate sessions, workshops, and programs</li><li>Monitor CPL, CTR, conversions, and campaign performance</li></ul>Content Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with video editor, designer, and content writer</li><li>Repurpose long-form content into reels, shorts, posts, and stories</li><li>Support YouTube growth and Youtube Video SEO</li></ul>Website, SEO &amp; Funnels<ul><li>Assist in basic SEO, landing pages, and inquiry funnels</li><li>Work on email campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, and lead nurturing</li><li>Optimize user journey from content &rarr; inquiry &rarr; conversion</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Insights<ul><li>Track reach, engagement, leads, and growth</li><li>Share weekly insights and improvement suggestions</li><li>Stay updated with digital trends and algorithm changes</li></ul>Skills &amp; Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years experience in Digital Marketing</li><li>Hands-on experience with Meta Ads &amp; Google Ads</li><li>Understanding of social media algorithms &amp; content strategy</li><li>Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics, and funnels</li><li>Good communication and execution mindset</li></ul>Good to Have<ul><li>Experience working with personal brands / coaches / speakers</li><li>Canva or basic design knowledge</li><li>Video-first or reel/shorts marketing exposure</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Get<ul><li>Direct experience working with a Motivational Speaker</li><li>Learning in personal branding, digital growth &amp; performance marketing</li><li>High ownership and fast skill development</li><li>Growth opportunity based on performance (not hierarchy)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
