About the Role

Jitesh Gadhia is a Motivational Speaker & Corporate Trainer working with corporates, educational institutions, and individuals across India.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can help grow a personal brand, drive quality leads, and amplify impact through digital platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to personal branding, content-driven marketing, and real business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal Brand & Social Media Growth

• Manage and grow presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube & Facebook
• Plan monthly content calendars aligned with talks, events, and sessions
• Ensure brand tone stays authentic, motivational, and practical

Performance Marketing & Leads

• Run and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads for inquiries and registrations
• Generate leads for corporate sessions, workshops, and programs
• Monitor CPL, CTR, conversions, and campaign performance

Content Coordination

• Coordinate with video editor, designer, and content writer
• Repurpose long-form content into reels, shorts, posts, and stories
• Support YouTube growth and Youtube Video SEO

Website, SEO & Funnels

• Assist in basic SEO, landing pages, and inquiry funnels
• Work on email campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, and lead nurturing
• Optimize user journey from content → inquiry → conversion

Reporting & Insights

• Track reach, engagement, leads, and growth
• Share weekly insights and improvement suggestions
• Stay updated with digital trends and algorithm changes

Skills & Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in Digital Marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Understanding of social media algorithms & content strategy
• Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics, and funnels
• Good communication and execution mindset

Good to Have

• Experience working with personal brands / coaches / speakers
• Canva or basic design knowledge
• Video-first or reel/shorts marketing exposure
