We are looking for nurses in our inpatient units collaborate with behavioral health treatment teams to provide integrated, evidence-based treatment to clients throughout their stay. Nurses work closely with clients to administer medications, to provide education about prescriptions and general health needs, and to develop a treatment plan that reflects the clients&rsquo; goals.

Pay Rate Range: LPN: $29.90- $44.85 and $41.79- $62.69</li><li>

Qualifications:<ul><li>
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State</li><li>
Must be willing to comply with N95 respirator requirements, including the removal of facial hair for initial fit testing and throughout employment when donning N95 respirators is clinically indicated.</li><li>
Driver's license and vehicle liability insurance</li></ul>
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Administering medications and Monitoring Patient reaction to Meds</li><li>
Advising families about medications and treatment</li><li>
Completing nursing intake assessments</li><li>
Participating in collaborative treatment planning for each client</li><li>
Assessing clients for safety and risk to self or others</li><li>
Following policies, training, and techniques for managing aggressive behavior</li><li>
Ensuring the safety of yourself, other staff, and clients by properly using personal protective equipment
</li><li>Completing documentation in timely and thorough manner</li></ul>
