If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy multitasking with precision, this position is perfect for you!Duties<ul><li>Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth</li><li>Operate multi-line phone systems, handle incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, and route messages accurately</li><li>Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and records</li><li>Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for document creation, editing, and collaboration</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support financial recordkeeping</li><li>Coordinate calendar management, schedule appointments, meetings, and manage reminders efficiently</li><li>Provide clerical support including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence</li><li>Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily operations</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven office experience or administrative support background demonstrating strong organizational skills</li><li>Familiarity with office management software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace apps</li><li>Prior experience in customer service roles emphasizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards for professional interactions</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele effectively</li><li>Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and calendar management</li><li>Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is a plus but not required</li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail</li></ul>Join us in creating a welcoming environment where your organizational talents shine!
