We are a very busy, but closely-knit pain management practice. We are looking for an upbeat receptionist / administrative assistant with a willingness to learn and work hard. Bilingual preferred, but not required. Reliable transportation is a must. This position requires traveling to different locations- Galloway, Millville, Somers Point, Cherry Hill and Sewell.Requirements, responsibilities, and benefits are listed below:Employee must be:&middot; Willing to work at least 40 hours/week&middot; Able to multi-task&middot; Proficient with computers&middot; Personable when interacting with patients as well as coworkersResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:&middot; Making confirmation calls and no-show calls&middot; Checking patients in/out&middot; Retrieving appropriate paperwork from patients&middot; Scanning patient paperwork and uploading to EMR system&middot; Scheduling patients when they are referred out&middot; Note-keeping&middot; Retrieving reports from other facilities&middot; Handling faxes appropriately&middot; Surgical coordination&middot; Invoicing&middot; Processing payments&middot; Responding to a high volume of emails&middot; Sending medical recordsBenefits for Full-Time Employees:&middot; PTO&middot; Health Insurance&middot; 401KJob Type: Full-timePay: From $18.00 per hourEducation:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
