 Job Summary
 
 
 
 We are seeking a detail-oriented
 
 Data Entry &amp; Document Indexing Specialist
 
 to support high-volume document processing and digital indexing operations. This role focuses on accurate, high-speed data entry, document classification, metadata indexing, quality control, and validation of digital records.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You'll Do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform high-speed manual data entry of hardcopy documents into data entry software
 </li>
 <li>
 Validate document classifications and correct exceptions
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and correct automatically extracted data with low confidence scores
 </li>
 <li>
 Validate automated document redactions and make necessary corrections
 </li>
 <li>
 Enter metadata index information for digital documents
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform quality control by comparing scanned images to original documents
 </li>
 <li>
 Review digital checks for accuracy, signatures, dates, and payee information
 </li>
 <li>
 Validate check amounts and reconcile batch totals
 </li>
 <li>
 Research and resolve check distribution issues as required
 </li>
 <li>
 Meet daily production, quality, and accuracy standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete documentation accurately and on time
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain flexibility while handling changing workloads and priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform additional document processing and indexing duties as assigned
 </li>

 Requirements

 High school diploma or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 2 years of data entry or related experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with high-volume data entry and document indexing
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 10,000 keystrokes data entry experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher with excellent accuracy
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong 10-key experience (must be noted on resume)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient with personal computers and keyboarding applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high accuracy
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to adapt to changing priorities and procedures
 </li>

 Description:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plans, lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs both internal and external aircraft structures and surfaces in accordance with technical manuals, engineering drawings, and FAA regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Disassembles existing aircraft structure for modification install, which could involve modifying removed parts or installing new parts from a kit per engineering drawings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interpret technical manuals and engineering drawings for the proper tools, fasteners, location and methods of installation to meet required specification.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lays out, locates, fits, trims, assembles, and installs parts assemblies and skins where dimensions are critical and fitting is to exacting tolerance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drill, countersink and rivet exterior skin panels where skin quality is critical.
 </li>
 <li>
 Works from all types of complex blueprints, E.O.'s and production illustrations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Completes any or all structural rework/repair, squawks, and E.O.'s.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to utilize computer-based systems to perform duties.
 </li>
 <li>
 May be required to work in confined space.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fabricate detail parts from blueprint or engineering instructions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform aircraft inventory, acceptance, and inspections.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Duties &amp; Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Document detailed records of maintenance and repair work performed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read and interpret aircraft technical orders, drawings, and blueprints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Always maintain training currency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be self-motivated and have the ability to schedule job tasks to meet completion timeline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Five (5) years of documented experience in aircraft structural installation, modification, troubleshooting and repair.
 </li>
 <li>
 Rotary wing and/or Fixed wing structural modification experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience removing and apply aircraft paint preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Some travel possible, up to 25%.
 </li>
