 We&rsquo;re looking for a
 
 Marketing Manager
 
 who can build our brand, create demand, and tell the ConX Digital story consistently across the region.
 
 
 
 
 
 This role in a nutshell
 
 
 
 
 
 In this position, you will:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own and grow the
 
 ConX Digital brand
 
 in the region &ndash; how we look, sound and show up across channels and touchpoints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and run
 
 integrated marketing campaigns
 
 to support pipeline and revenue goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the planning and execution of
 
 events and activations
 
 with Salesforce and other ecosystem partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work hand-in-hand with the
 
 leadership team
 
 , sales and delivery to align marketing with business priorities.
 </li>

 You&rsquo;ll be both a strategist and an executor: comfortable setting direction and equally comfortable getting into the tools and making it happen.
 
 
 
 
 
 How you&rsquo;ll make an impact
 
 
 
 
 
 A typical quarter could include:

 <li>
 Shaping the marketing priorities for UAE, KSA and key GCC markets with the leadership team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Refreshing our
 
 brand story and visuals
 
 across decks, one-pagers, case studies, social posts and the website.
 </li>
 <li>
 Launching a regional campaign around a focus area (for example: Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Loyalty or multi-cloud) and coordinating all supporting assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Planning our presence at a Salesforce event or community conference &ndash; abstract submissions, session promotion, on-site experience, follow-up workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partnering with Salesforce marketing teams on joint campaigns, webinars or roundtables, including MDF planning and reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Showcasing our people and culture through content that strengthens ConX Digitals&rsquo;s

 Key areas you&rsquo;ll own
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Brand &amp; Storytelling
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain and evolve the ConX Digital brand guidelines &ndash; tone of voice, visual language, templates and standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure every touchpoint (website, proposals, decks, social, events, collateral) feels consistent and on-brand.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build narratives around our specialisms (Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, MuleSoft, multi-cloud) and our work with customers in the region.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Campaigns &amp; Digital Presence
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan and execute campaigns across email, LinkedIn (organic + paid), landing pages and nurture flows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Segment audiences and tailor messaging to industries, roles and regions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor performance and optimise based on data &ndash; from awareness and engagement through to leads and opportunities.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Events &amp; Experiences
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own logistics and promotion for conferences, roundtables, meetups and webinars where ConX Digital is speaking, sponsoring or hosting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create event messaging, invites, follow-up comms and on-site brand experiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Align event efforts with sales teams to ensure clear next steps and measurable outcomes.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Partners &amp; Ecosystem
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as a marketing point of contact for Salesforce and other partners in the region.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate co-branded campaigns and case studies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage marketing development funds (MDF) &ndash; applications, execution and proof of performance.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Content, PR &amp; Social
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan and coordinate the production of blogs, case studies, thought-leadership pieces, short videos and social content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep a steady rhythm of LinkedIn activity from the company page and key leaders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support award entries, speaking submissions and media opportunities to raise ConX Digital&rsquo;s profile.
 </li>
 </ul>

 Experience that will help
 
 
 
 
 
 We don&rsquo;t expect you to tick every box, but you&rsquo;ll likely bring:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Around
 
 5+ years
 
 in B2B marketing, ideally in tech, SaaS, consulting or agency environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with multi-channel campaigns (email, social, basic PPC, landing pages).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Braze or similar).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing events, from planning and promotion through to execution and follow-up.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to partner or ecosystem marketing (Salesforce or similar) is a strong plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfort working in a regional role covering multiple countries and cultures.
 </li>
