We’re looking for a
Marketing Manager
who can build our brand, create demand, and tell the ConX Digital story consistently across the region.
This role in a nutshell
In this position, you will:

Own and grow the
ConX Digital brand
in the region – how we look, sound and show up across channels and touchpoints.

Design and run
integrated marketing campaigns
to support pipeline and revenue goals.

Lead the planning and execution of
events and activations
with Salesforce and other ecosystem partners.
-
Work hand-in-hand with the
leadership team
, sales and delivery to align marketing with business priorities.
You’ll be both a strategist and an executor: comfortable setting direction and equally comfortable getting into the tools and making it happen.
How you’ll make an impact
A typical quarter could include:
-
Shaping the marketing priorities for UAE, KSA and key GCC markets with the leadership team.

Refreshing our
brand story and visuals
across decks, one-pagers, case studies, social posts and the website.
-
Launching a regional campaign around a focus area (for example: Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Loyalty or multi-cloud) and coordinating all supporting assets.

Planning our presence at a Salesforce event or community conference – abstract submissions, session promotion, on-site experience, follow-up workflows.
-
Partnering with Salesforce marketing teams on joint campaigns, webinars or roundtables, including MDF planning and reporting.

Key areas you’ll own
Brand & Storytelling

Maintain and evolve the ConX Digital brand guidelines – tone of voice, visual language, templates and standards.
-
Ensure every touchpoint (website, proposals, decks, social, events, collateral) feels consistent and on-brand.
-
Build narratives around our specialisms (Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, MuleSoft, multi-cloud) and our work with customers in the region.
Campaigns & Digital Presence

Plan and execute campaigns across email, LinkedIn (organic + paid), landing pages and nurture flows.
-
Segment audiences and tailor messaging to industries, roles and regions.
-
Monitor performance and optimise based on data – from awareness and engagement through to leads and opportunities.
Events & Experiences
-
Own logistics and promotion for conferences, roundtables, meetups and webinars where ConX Digital is speaking, sponsoring or hosting.

Create event messaging, invites, follow-up comms and on-site brand experiences.
-
Align event efforts with sales teams to ensure clear next steps and measurable outcomes.
Partners & Ecosystem

Act as a marketing point of contact for Salesforce and other partners in the region.
-
Coordinate co-branded campaigns and case studies.
-
Manage marketing development funds (MDF) – applications, execution and proof of performance.
Content, PR & Social
-
Plan and coordinate the production of blogs, case studies, thought-leadership pieces, short videos and social content.

Keep a steady rhythm of LinkedIn activity from the company page and key leaders.

Support award entries, speaking submissions and media opportunities to raise ConX Digital’s profile.
Ways of Working

Collaborate closely with leadership, sales and delivery to prioritise activities and share results.

Work with a marketing coordinator/assistant (where applicable) and external agencies or freelancers.

Experience that will help
We don’t expect you to tick every box, but you’ll likely bring:

Around
5+ years
in B2B marketing, ideally in tech, SaaS, consulting or agency environments.
-
Hands-on experience with multi-channel campaigns (email, social, basic PPC, landing pages).
-
Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Braze or similar).
-
Experience managing events, from planning and promotion through to execution and follow-up.
-
Exposure to partner or ecosystem marketing (Salesforce or similar) is a strong plus.
-
Comfort working in a regional role covering multiple countries and cultures.
