Online Account Manager supports effective digital merchandising programs and strategies by selecting and sourcing products focused on achieving marketing and sales goals.&middot; Leads discussions on digital merchandising programs and provides recommendations in line with business goals.&middot; Works with Online Account Management team to ensure that online products are designed, maintained, and reordered accurately on the online store.&middot; New online store implementation responsibilities include attending meetings, sourcing, setting up products, creating categories, obtaining brand guidelines/logo art files, getting client approvals, and creating client presentations.&middot; Online store maintenance on a regular basis, including new user setup, categories, user types, logos, feature items, and banners.&middot; Updates price changes and item descriptions on online store products.&middot; Manages reorder and discontinued items process/reporting.&middot; Handles and manages online SKU setup.&middot; Creates and organizes new categories/sub categories.&middot; Daily review of online store inventory reports to ensure item availability.&middot; Look into replacement items for backorder or discontinued hard good items.&middot; Get client approval on proofs for new items and update clients once available on their store.&middot; Provide back up support with sourcing and presentations as needed to other Account Managers on the client team.&middot; Work with team to set up holiday programs for clients.&middot; Coordinate with Sales and Account Managers to execute campaigns and seasonal merchandising with an appropriate mix of products.&middot; Runs reports to analyze data and effectively communicates findings and recommendations to management, Sales, and Account Management teams.&middot; Assist with preparation for and attend client quarterly business review meetings with client team.&middot; Assist with online store testing as needed.Education &amp; Experience&middot; High School degree or equivalent required&middot; College degree preferred&middot; Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an Online Account Manager or Online Merchandiser&middot; E-Commerce and promotional marketing as well as print industry experience preferred&middot; Experience working in a fast-paced environment a must&middot; Experience managing multiple client relationships/requirements simultaneouslyKnowledge and Skills&middot; Previous knowledge, understanding, and recommendations for digital merchandising strategies&middot; Experience managing e-commerce online stores&middot; Working experience with promotional product vendors and suppliers a must&middot; Strong negotiation skills&middot; Exceptional organizational skills&middot; Strong attention to detail&middot; Reliable and dependable&middot; Excellent written and verbal communication skills&middot; Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and evaluate the situation to formulate solutions&middot; Respectful and positive attitude&middot; Ability to handle situations with professionalism and tact&middot; Proven ability to handle multiple client requests and projects simultaneously&middot; Resilience and ability to handle changing priorities&middot; Motivated to complete tasks accurately and by deadline dates&middot; A self-starter with the ability to work both independently as well as part of a team to complete assignments&middot; Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and web/internet navigation&middot;
