Online Account Manager

Concord Marketing Solutions is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and creative Online Account Manager to join our team.

The Online Account Manager plays a crucial role in managing the presentation and organization of merchandise on our clients’ online stores to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing promotional products for online stores, strong project management & organizational skills, tech-savvy, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

· Online Account Manager supports effective digital merchandising programs and strategies by selecting and sourcing products focused on achieving marketing and sales goals.

· Leads discussions on digital merchandising programs and provides recommendations in line with business goals.

· Works with Online Account Management team to ensure that online products are designed, maintained, and reordered accurately on the online store.

· New online store implementation responsibilities include attending meetings, sourcing, setting up products, creating categories, obtaining brand guidelines/logo art files, getting client approvals, and creating client presentations.

· Online store maintenance on a regular basis, including new user setup, categories, user types, logos, feature items, and banners.

· Updates price changes and item descriptions on online store products.

· Manages reorder and discontinued items process/reporting.

· Handles and manages online SKU setup.

· Creates and organizes new categories/sub categories.

· Daily review of online store inventory reports to ensure item availability.

· Look into replacement items for backorder or discontinued hard good items.

· Get client approval on proofs for new items and update clients once available on their store.

· Provide back up support with sourcing and presentations as needed to other Account Managers on the client team.

· Work with team to set up holiday programs for clients.

· Coordinate with Sales and Account Managers to execute campaigns and seasonal merchandising with an appropriate mix of products.

· Runs reports to analyze data and effectively communicates findings and recommendations to management, Sales, and Account Management teams.

· Assist with preparation for and attend client quarterly business review meetings with client team.

· Assist with online store testing as needed.

Education & Experience

· High School degree or equivalent required

· College degree preferred

· Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an Online Account Manager or Online Merchandiser

· E-Commerce and promotional marketing as well as print industry experience preferred

· Experience working in a fast-paced environment a must

· Experience managing multiple client relationships/requirements simultaneously

Knowledge and Skills

· Previous knowledge, understanding, and recommendations for digital merchandising strategies

· Experience managing e-commerce online stores

· Working experience with promotional product vendors and suppliers a must

· Strong negotiation skills

· Exceptional organizational skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and evaluate the situation to formulate solutions

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and web/internet navigation

· Strong technical skills with intermediate to advanced skills with Excel and Outlook

· Strong technical aptitude in learning internal technical software and systems

· Experience with NetSuite or equivalent software preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
