We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with a construction background to support daily operations, coordinate field teams, and manage project documentation.This is a key role within a growing company, offering the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of construction operations and work closely with ownership.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage daily office operations and administrative workflow</li><li>Coordinate scheduling and dispatching of field staff and subcontractors</li><li>Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams</li><li>Maintain project logs, budgets, and documentation in Excel</li><li>Assist with proposals, contracts, and job documentation</li><li>Support project managers with scheduling, timelines, and deliverables</li><li>Track project progress and assist with cost/budget oversight</li><li>Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and support client needs</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Construction industry experience required</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (tracking, formulas, organization)</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Experience coordinating field personnel or subcontractors preferred</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Professional, reliable, and solution-oriented</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with Buildertrend, Procore, CoConstruct, or similar software</li><li>Familiarity with permitting, inspections, and scheduling</li><li>Basic bookkeeping or QuickBooks experience</li><li>Experience in high-end residential construction strongly preferred</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary with growth potential</li><li>Opportunity to grow within a high-end residential builder</li><li>Supportive, team-oriented environment</li><li>Exposure to a wide range of custom home and renovation projects</li></ul>Pay: From $80,000.00 per yearWork Location: Hybrid remote in Darien, CT 06820
