The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for US employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery within the defined SLAs.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle complete US Payroll processing, including pre-payroll, processing, reconciliation, and post-payroll activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with US tax laws, wage regulations, and statutory requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with internal HR, Finance, and external vendors for payroll-related issues.</li><li>Validate payroll inputs, deductions, and adjustments with utmost accuracy.</li><li>Resolve employee queries and manage escalations related to payroll.</li><li>Generate payroll reports and ensure proper documentation and audit readiness.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and operational efficiency.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Mandatory: Hands-on experience in US Payroll Processing.</li><li>Strong understanding of HCM tools such as Workday, SAP HCM / Payroll, Oracle HCM / Payroll, or Kronos.</li><li>Good knowledge of US Payroll compliance, taxation, and reporting standards.</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a night-shift environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
