Our Houston office is currently looking for a talented, focused, and self-driven Associate Attorney to join our team. This position is perfectly suited to a candidate with the ability to analyze challenging and complex legal issues, and with prior experience in managing a volume of cases, shifting priorities, and meeting ongoing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.This is not a remote position.Responsibilities:&middot; Case development, investigation, and evaluation&middot; Comprehensive client reporting and communication&middot; Attend and participate in depositions, hearings, and trial&middot; Draft correspondence, pleadings, and discovery&middot; Manage caseload and prioritize deadlines&middot; Maintain a detailed record of billable hoursRequirements:&middot; J.D. from accredited law school (Top 20-25% graduating class rank preferred)&middot; Licensed to practice in Texas&middot; 4-6 years of litigation experience (preferred but not required)Benefits:&middot; Subsidized Health and vision insurance;&middot; Paid time-off including vacation, holidays, and sick days.
