This is not a traditional corporate desk job. This role is highly dynamic, blending high-level professional assistance with comprehensive personal, domestic, and travel support.The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on the road, possesses exceptional household management skills, and can seamlessly transition between assisting with a corporate project, organizing a private event, and handling day-to-day household chores. You will serve as the executive&rsquo;s right hand, ensuring their personal and professional life runs smoothly at all times.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Professional Support: Assist with ad-hoc corporate projects, manage complex calendars, and handle communications on behalf of the executive.</li><li>Extensive Travel: Accompany the executive on both business and leisure trips worldwide, managing all logistics, itineraries, and on-the-ground needs.</li><li>Household &amp; Domestic Management: Take full ownership of daily personal affairs, including housekeeping, laundry, running errands, and maintaining the executive&rsquo;s residence(s).</li><li>Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute private parties, dinners, and social events with friends and colleagues.</li><li>Lifestyle Support: Provide day-to-day companionship and support, acting as a reliable and trusted presence in the executive's daily routine, both at home and on the road.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Estate Manager, or in a similar high-level support role.</li><li>Total flexibility and willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the executive's schedule.</li><li>Valid passport and the ability to travel extensively on short notice.</li><li>A hands-on approach: no task is too big or too small, from managing executive projects to handling daily household laundry.</li><li>Exceptional discretion, trustworthiness, and understanding of boundaries and confidentiality.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of a busy executive.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive full-time salary (payroll)</li><li>All travel and accommodation expenses covered while on duty</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR1,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your nationality?</li><li>What is your gender?</li></ul>
