Sales Executive (Commission-Based)

About the Role:
A well-established organization in the financial solutions sector is seeking highly driven Sales Executives to focus on client acquisition. This is a field-intensive role centered on identifying prospects, engaging decision-makers, and converting leads into active clients.

This position is suited for individuals who are performance-oriented, comfortable working independently, and motivated by high earning potential through commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients across various industries
  • Generate leads through fieldwork, networking, and direct outreach
  • Present solutions in a clear and compelling manner
  • Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Compensation Structure:

  • Commission-based model with high earning potential

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, or similar roles preferred
