As we expand, we are seeking an experienced B2B Event Consultant Counsel to provide advisory support and ensure compliance in our event operations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a B2B Event Consultant Counsel to advise on the legal, contractual, and strategic aspects of corporate events. This role requires expertise in event consulting, contract management, and compliance with Qatari business regulations. You will be responsible for ensuring that Pedro Silva Eventos LLC’s events are legally sound, strategically aligned, and executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services for B2B event planning and execution.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, clients, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with Qatari laws and international event management standards.
• Advise on risk management and dispute resolution related to events.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver customized event solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and provide insights on best practices.
• Support business development by advising on legal and strategic aspects of new event ventures.
• Prepare reports and provide legal and strategic insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or Event Management.
• 5–8 years of experience in event consulting, corporate law, or contract management.
• Strong knowledge of Qatari legal frameworks and international event standards.
• Proven track record of managing B2B events and contracts successfully.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Pay: Up to QAR30,000.00 per month
