Accounts Manager

Job Title: Accounts Manager (F&B Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all accounting and financial operations of the company, particularly within the F&B sector
  • Monitor daily financial transactions including sales, expenses, and cash flow
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets
  • Ensure accurate recording of revenue, cost of goods sold (COGS), and inventory-related transactions
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including supplier payments and collections
  • Handle bank reconciliations, cash controls, and financial audits
  • Monitor food and beverage cost control, wastage, and profitability analysis
  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies
  • Coordinate with operations and management regarding financial planning and cost management
  • Supervise and guide the accounting team
  • Implement and improve accounting systems and internal controls
  • Prepare financial forecasts and support strategic decision-making
  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial data
  • Perform other finance-related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Manager, preferably in the F&B industry
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and cost control
  • Experience in handling F&B operations, inventory, and cost analysis is required
  • Must be fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Valid QID
  • Can join immediately is an advantage
