Job Title: Accounts Manager (F&B Industry)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all accounting and financial operations of the company, particularly within the F&B sector
- Monitor daily financial transactions including sales, expenses, and cash flow
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Ensure accurate recording of revenue, cost of goods sold (COGS), and inventory-related transactions
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including supplier payments and collections
- Handle bank reconciliations, cash controls, and financial audits
- Monitor food and beverage cost control, wastage, and profitability analysis
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies
- Coordinate with operations and management regarding financial planning and cost management
- Supervise and guide the accounting team
- Implement and improve accounting systems and internal controls
- Prepare financial forecasts and support strategic decision-making
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial data
- Perform other finance-related duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as an Accounts Manager, preferably in the F&B industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and cost control
- Experience in handling F&B operations, inventory, and cost analysis is required
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid QID
- Can join immediately is an advantage
