Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing outgoing payments, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate financial records.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization</li><li>Prepare and process payments (cash, checks, bank transfers)</li><li>Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions</li><li>Monitor due dates and ensure timely payments</li><li>Coordinate with vendors regarding billing and payment inquiries</li><li>Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>Proven experience in accounts payable or similar role</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Good knowledge of accounting principles and procedures</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Good communication skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience working in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Familiarity with ERP system: Odoo software</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
