Job Title: Accounts Manager (F&amp;B Industry)Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and manage all accounting and financial operations of the company, particularly within the F&amp;B sector</li><li>Monitor daily financial transactions including sales, expenses, and cash flow</li><li>Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets</li><li>Ensure accurate recording of revenue, cost of goods sold (COGS), and inventory-related transactions</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable, including supplier payments and collections</li><li>Handle bank reconciliations, cash controls, and financial audits</li><li>Monitor food and beverage cost control, wastage, and profitability analysis</li><li>Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies</li><li>Coordinate with operations and management regarding financial planning and cost management</li><li>Supervise and guide the accounting team</li><li>Implement and improve accounting systems and internal controls</li><li>Prepare financial forecasts and support strategic decision-making</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of all financial data</li><li>Perform other finance-related duties as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>Proven experience as an Accounts Manager, preferably in the F&amp;B industry</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and cost control</li><li>Experience in handling F&amp;B operations, inventory, and cost analysis is required</li><li>Must be fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)</li><li>Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Valid QID</li><li>Can join immediately is an advantage</li></ul>Job Type:Full-timeWork Location: In person

Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle all government-related transactions and documentation for the company</li><li>Process visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and other immigration procedures for employees</li><li>Manage QID applications, renewals, transfers, and related labor documentation</li><li>Coordinate with government departments such as Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Municipality, and other authorities</li><li>Ensure timely processing of company licenses, permits, registrations, and renewals</li><li>Maintain accurate records of employee legal documents, visas, passports, and official company files</li><li>Assist in attestation, document clearance, and legal paperwork as required</li><li>Liaise with external agencies, embassies, and service providers when needed</li><li>Keep updated with Qatar labor laws, immigration rules, and government regulations</li><li>Support HR and administration in employee onboarding and compliance matters</li><li>Prepare reports and updates regarding document status, renewals, and deadlines</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information</li><li>Perform other government relations and administrative duties as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a PRO or in a similar government relations role in Qatar</li><li>Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws, immigration procedures, and government systems</li><li>Must be fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)</li><li>Valid QID</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management abilities</li><li>Ability to handle confidential documents responsibly</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and online government portals</li><li>Can join immediately</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Full-time office-based role with field visits to government offices</li><li>Flexible working hours depending on operational requirements</li><li>May require overtime based on urgency of transactions</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
