Accounts Manager - F & B experience is required

Position Overview

The Head of Accounts will be responsible for leading the financial operations of a specialty coffee and restaurant group with multiple branches across Qatar. This role requires a seasoned finance professional with extensive GCC experience in the food and beverage industry, strong leadership skills, and deep knowledge of Qatar’s taxation laws and practices. The Head of Accounts will ensure financial integrity, compliance, and provide strategic insights to support business growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (mandatory).
• MBA in Finance (preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years’ GCC experience in the Food & Beverage services industry.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end financial management.
• In-depth knowledge of Qatar taxation laws and practices.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software (SAP, Tally, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) are an advantage.
• Must be Arabic and English speaker.
• Can join immediately
