The RoleIn this multi-branch operational role, you will be the absolute authority on food hygiene, workplace sanitation, and occupational health and safety (HSE). You will be responsible for implementing advanced HACCP methodologies, preventing operational hazards on the floor and kitchen, and acting as the primary liaison during official government inspections.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Food Safety &amp; HACCP Enforcement: Continuously develop, review, and execute our internal Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) programs across all locations.</li><li>Occupational Health &amp; Safety: Oversee physical branch safety, ensuring Civil Defense compliance, fire safety systems maintenance, first aid readiness, and hazard elimination.</li><li>Regulatory Liaison: Ensure 100% compliance with the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH), Qatar Chamber, and local municipality (Baladiya) laws and regulations.</li><li>Multi-Branch Audits: Conduct rigorous, unannounced health, hygiene, and safety audits across all operational branches. Log non-compliance and drive swift corrective actions.</li><li>Staff Training &amp; Development: Lead continuous on-site training workshops for food handlers, kitchen staff, and baristas to reinforce flawless personal hygiene, chemical handling, and workplace safety protocols.</li></ul>Mandatory Qualifications &amp; Requirements (Non-Negotiable)To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following local and professional credentials:<ul><li>HACCP Expertise: Must hold a certified HACCP Advanced Level (Level 4) or equivalent credential.</li><li>Local Licensing: Must be a certified Food Safety Officer with a valid Food Handlers Certificate.</li><li>Local Governance: Must be a verified MOPH and Qatar Chamber examination passer.</li><li>Regulatory Knowledge: Authoritative understanding of current Qatar Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and municipality codes.</li><li>Mobility: Must possess a valid Qatar Driving License (with a vehicle) to actively rotate between multiple branches daily.</li><li>Experience: 3&ndash;5 years of progressive food, health, and safety management experience within multi-unit casual dining, high-end catering, or specialty caf&eacute; groups in the GCC.</li><li>Languages: Excellent technical and professional communication in English (Arabic is a distinct advantage).</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Designer / Photographer / Videographer (F&amp;B experience is a strong advantage).</li><li>Experience in food photography and product videography.</li><li>Knowledge of branding, layout design, and visual storytelling.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑branch environment.</li><li>Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom).</li><li>Ability to shoot and edit high‑quality photos and videos.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).</li><li>Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.</li><li>Must be currently in Qatar .</li><li>Portfolio required.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content for all social media platforms.</li><li>Plan, shoot, and edit product photos, food &amp; beverage content, branch interiors, and lifestyle visuals.</li><li>Develop creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.</li><li>Manage the brand&rsquo;s social media presence, ensuring consistent posting and high‑quality visuals.</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Chefs to capture new menu items and seasonal offerings.</li><li>Maintain an organized library of digital assets for all branches.</li><li>Ensure all content aligns with the brand identity and enhances customer engagement.</li><li>Stay updated with social media trends, content styles, and industry best practices.</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Position OverviewThe Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, menu development, food safety compliance, and team leadership across multiple outlets. This role requires creativity, strong leadership, and the ability to maintain consistency and excellence in every dish served.Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 7&ndash;10 years of culinary experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of international cuisine, specialty coffee pairings, and bakery/pastry items.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multi-branch operations.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Food Safety &amp; Hygiene Certification (mandatory).</li><li>CIPS or equivalent knowledge of procurement (advantageous).</li><li>Willing to relocate to Doha</li></ul>Work Location: In person
