Job description:Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Receive, check, and record deliveries of food, beverages, and supplies.</li><li>Maintain accurate stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.</li><li>Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.</li><li>Use inventory software or manual logs to track movements.</li><li>Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, hygiene) for perishable and non-perishable items.</li><li>Label and arrange items systematically for easy retrieval.</li><li>Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) methods to minimize waste.</li><li>Work closely with kitchen, bar, and service teams to supply requested items promptly.</li><li>Communicate shortages or delays to relevant departments.</li><li>Support purchasing by reporting stock consumption trends.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in storage areas.</li><li>Follow food safety standards (HACCP, ISO).</li><li>Ensure safe handling of heavy loads using proper equipment.</li><li>Prepare daily stock reports for management.</li><li>Record damaged, expired, or returned goods.</li><li>Assist in audits and inspections by providing accurate records.</li><li>Maintain accurate stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.</li><li>Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.</li><li>Use inventory software or manual logs to track movements.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in the Food &amp; Beverage industry.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Hands-on experience with inventory system management.</li><li>Fluent in English (spoken and written).</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety and storage practices.</li><li>CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
