KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintenance Supervision<ul><li>Oversee maintenance of food processing equipment, refrigeration units, HVAC, and facility infrastructure.</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP) during maintenance activities.</li><li>Schedule and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.</li><li>Maintain logs of equipment servicing, breakdowns, and corrective actions.</li><li>Coordinate with external contracts for specialized repairs and equipment calibration.</li></ul>Transport Coordination<ul><li>Plan and dispatch vehicles for inter-branch deliveries of raw materials and finished goods.</li><li>Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and cold chain integrity during transit.</li><li>Communicate with branch managers to align delivery timing with operational needs.</li><li>Monitor vehicle sanitation, temperature control, and compliance with food transport regulations.</li><li>Maintain transport documentation (e.g., delivery logs, permits, vehicle maintenance records)</li><li>Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align transport schedules.</li><li>Handle transport-related emergencies, including vehicle breakdowns and route disruptions.</li></ul>Job Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance supervision and transport coordination.</li><li>Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is highly desirable.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-time

Maintenance Supervisor cum Transport Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:Logistics Management<ul><li>Plan, implement, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations.</li><li>Optimize transportation routes and delivery schedules.</li><li>Assign drivers and coordinate vehicle dispatching based on branch requests and delivery priorities.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for all transportation-related inquiries, ensuring clear communication and rapid resolution of issues.</li><li>Monitor logistics performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul>Maintenance Oversight<ul><li>Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for equipment and facilities to minimize downtime.</li><li>Supervise maintenance personnel and external contractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all repairs, inspections, service schedules, and maintenance logs.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all maintenance activities.</li><li>Evaluate infrastructure and machinery for performance and longevity; recommend timely upgrades or replacements to avoid operational disruptions.</li><li>Source and engage cost-effective contractors who deliver reliable, efficient service without compromising quality or safety.</li></ul>_ Required Skills_<ul><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Problem-solving and decision-making skills</li><li>Communication and team coordination</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Degree or diploma in logistics, engineering, or facility management</li><li>Experience in both logistics and maintenance roles is highly preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
