SENIOR GENERAL ACCOUNTANT

Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics Management<ul><li>Plan, implement, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations.</li><li>Optimize transportation routes and delivery schedules.</li><li>Assign drivers and coordinate vehicle dispatching based on branch requests and delivery priorities.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for all transportation-related inquiries, ensuring clear communication and rapid resolution of issues.</li><li>Monitor logistics performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul>Maintenance Oversight<ul><li>Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for equipment, vehicles, and facilities to minimize downtime.</li><li>Supervise maintenance personnel and external contractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all repairs, inspections, service schedules, and maintenance logs.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all maintenance activities.</li><li>Evaluate infrastructure and machinery for performance and longevity; recommend timely upgrades or replacements to avoid operational disruptions.</li><li>Source and engage cost-effective contractors who deliver reliable, efficient service without compromising quality or safety.</li></ul>Team Leadership &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Lead and train logistics and maintenance teams.</li><li>Prepare reports on logistics performance, maintenance activities, and budget utilization.</li><li>Collaborate with senior management to align operations with strategic goals.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; SkillsEducation &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in logistics and maintenance management.</li><li>Proven experience with fleet management, warehouse operations, and facility maintenance.</li></ul>Technical &amp; Soft Skills<ul><li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong leadership and communication abilities.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
