EXPERIENCED SPECIALTY COFFEE BARISTA – DOHA

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Specialty Coffee Barista to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on experience in specialty coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Specialty Coffee Barista in the GCC region
• Strong knowledge of:
• Espresso extraction
• Milk steaming and latte art
• Manual brewing methods (V60, Chemex, Aeropress, etc.)
• Coffee bean origins, flavor profiles, and roasting levels
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willing to work in Doha, Qatar
• Can join immediately or within a short notice period (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality specialty coffee beverages consistently
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
• Handle daily bar operations, stock checks, and machine maintenance
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Follow company standards, recipes, and SOPs
• Work closely with the team to deliver a great customer experience
