Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Croissant Maker, Baker, or Pastry Assistant specializing in laminated dough.
  • Strong understanding of dough fermentation, lamination techniques, and baking temperatures.
  • Ability to work early morning shifts and meet production deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Qatar (preferred).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in cafés, bakeries, or specialty coffee shops.
  • Ability to produce consistent results in a high‑volume environment.
  • Creativity in developing new croissant flavors or variations.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
