Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Chocolate Chef & Pastry Chef (Male) to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have expertise in chocolate production, pastry preparation, dessert presentation, and canapé preparation for events and catering services.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce a variety of chocolates, pralines, truffles, and chocolate-based products.
- Prepare cakes, pastries, desserts, and bakery items according to company standards.
- Create and prepare a variety of sweet and savory canapés for events, corporate functions, and special occasions.
- Decorate and present products creatively with high attention to detail.
- Develop new dessert, chocolate, and canapé concepts.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and report ingredient requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chocolate Chef, Pastry Chef, or similar role.
- Proven experience in chocolate making, pastry production, and canapé preparation.
- Knowledge of chocolate tempering, molding, and decoration techniques.
- Experience in preparing and presenting high-quality desserts and catering items.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Male candidates only.
