Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Chocolate Chef &amp; Pastry Chef (Male) to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have expertise in chocolate production, pastry preparation, dessert presentation, and canap&eacute; preparation for events and catering services.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and produce a variety of chocolates, pralines, truffles, and chocolate-based products.</li><li>Prepare cakes, pastries, desserts, and bakery items according to company standards.</li><li>Create and prepare a variety of sweet and savory canap&eacute;s for events, corporate functions, and special occasions.</li><li>Decorate and present products creatively with high attention to detail.</li><li>Develop new dessert, chocolate, and canap&eacute; concepts.</li><li>Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and report ingredient requirements.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience as a Chocolate Chef, Pastry Chef, or similar role.</li><li>Proven experience in chocolate making, pastry production, and canap&eacute; preparation.</li><li>Knowledge of chocolate tempering, molding, and decoration techniques.</li><li>Experience in preparing and presenting high-quality desserts and catering items.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong creativity and attention to detail.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Male candidates only.</li><li>Immediate joining preferred.</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to send their CVs to:Email: arshad@kokochocolate.comPlease send CVs by email.Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
