Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B client accounts
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, tech) to deliver projects
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and account reports
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives
  • Monitor client satisfaction and ensure high service quality

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Client Success
  • Experience in B2B, technology, or consulting industries is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
