Porter Key Responsibilities</b></h3><br>

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and dusting to maintain cleanliness in designated areas.</li>
<li>Assist with janitorial duties, ensuring all restrooms, hallways, and common areas are well-maintained.</li>
<li>Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and waxing to enhance the appearance of flooring surfaces.</li>
<li>Support custodial efforts by managing waste disposal and recycling processes.</li>
<li>Provide assistance during special events or functions by setting up and breaking down areas as required.</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Porter Qualifications</b></h3><br>

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).</li>
<li>1-year long-term care, hospital, or healthcare experienced preferred.</li>

The <b>Maintenance Director</b> plays a critical role in maintaining facility operations and supporting our mission of providing quality long-term care.<br>

<li>Coordinate maintenance activities with Nursing, Dietary, and Housekeeping departments.</li>
<li>Inspect storage areas, utility rooms, and workspaces for cleanliness, safety, and compliance.</li>
<li>Participate in state and federal inspections; prepare corrective action plans for deficiencies.</li>
<li>Supervise and evaluate outside contractors, ensuring all work meets facility standards.</li>
<li>Manage equipment, supply inventory, and administrative reporting.</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Maintenance Director Qualifications</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
Must have a high school diploma or GED.</li>
<li>Prior experience as a <b>Maintenance Director</b> or in a supervisory maintenance role (healthcare or long-term care preferred).</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of building systems, safety protocols, and facility maintenance procedures.</li>
<li>Experience in plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, painting, general maintenance duties, service heating and cooling units/ systems.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and adapt to changing facility needs.</li>
