We are looking for an experienced Category &amp; Sales Executive to manage and drive sales for our Jewelry &amp; Fashion category. The role involves category management, supplier coordination, merchandising support, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the full product category, including assortment planning, stock availability, and range optimization.</li><li>Monitor category performance, market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers for product selection, replenishment, promotions, and pricing strategies.</li><li>Support merchandising standards, display quality, and overall product presentation.</li><li>Achieve category sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.</li><li>Convert leads into sales through effective communication and relationship building.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in jewelry, fashion, or retail category management/sales.</li><li>Strong analytical and commercial awareness.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Target-driven with a strong customer focus.</li><li>Qatar driving license is must</li><li>Female candidate preference</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Category & Sales Executive – Jewelry & Fashion

Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers&rsquo; expectations and company&rsquo;s objectives</li><li>Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock</li><li>Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales</li><li>Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately</li><li>Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory</li><li>Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets</li><li>Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.</li><li>Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals</li><li>Remain up to date with industry&rsquo;s best practices</li></ul>Preferred 2-3 years experience in Qatar &amp; Bike riding license (Required) Accommodation &amp; Transport ProvidedLicense/Certification: Bike riding license (Required)Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR1,750.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
