The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online sales channels, increasing product visibility, handling customer inquiries, and driving revenue growth through e-commerce platforms.Key Responsibilities:Manage and update products on e-commerce platforms and marketplacesMonitor online sales performance and prepare sales reportsCoordinate with marketing and warehouse teams for promotions and stock availabilityHandle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints professionallyOptimize product listings, pricing, and online visibilityTrack competitors and market trends in the FMCG sectorAchieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectivesRequirements:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, Marketing, or related field2&ndash;3 years of experience in e-commerce or sales, preferably in FMCGKnowledge of online marketplaces and digital sales channelsStrong communication and negotiation skillsExperience with online platforms such as Snoon, Talabat, or similar marketplacesUnderstanding of digital marketing and promotionsStrong analytical and organizational skillsQatar Driving license is mustWork Location: In person
