E-Commerce Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven E-Commerce Sales Executive to join our growing FMCG business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online sales channels, increasing product visibility, handling customer inquiries, and driving revenue growth through e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update products on e-commerce platforms and marketplaces

Monitor online sales performance and prepare sales reports

Coordinate with marketing and warehouse teams for promotions and stock availability

Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints professionally

Optimize product listings, pricing, and online visibility

Track competitors and market trends in the FMCG sector

Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field

2–3 years of experience in e-commerce or sales, preferably in FMCG

Knowledge of online marketplaces and digital sales channels

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Experience with online platforms such as Snoon, Talabat, or similar marketplaces

Understanding of digital marketing and promotions

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Qatar Driving license is must
