Sales Executive – Outdoor (FMCG / Beauty Products)

Niche Trading W.L.L is a fast-growing FMCG distribution company specializing in international beauty, skincare, and personal care brands across Qatar and the GCC.

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Visiting retail outlets and clients daily to promote and sell company products.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
• Achieving monthly sales targets and reporting performance.
• Ensuring proper product visibility and merchandising in stores.
• Collecting market feedback and competitor activity updates.
• Coordinating with the sales and warehouse teams for deliveries and stock availability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outdoor or field sales (preferably in FMCG, beauty, or cosmetics).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid Qatar Driving License – Mandatory.
• Good knowledge of major retail chains in Qatar is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Transferable visa with NOC preferred.
