Job DescriptionWe are looking for a passionate and well-presented Cosmetics Promoter to represent our beauty brand in stores and events. The ideal candidate will help customers choose the right skincare and makeup products, increase brand visibility, and drive sales.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Promote and demonstrate cosmetics and skincare products to customers.</li><li>Help customers choose suitable products based on their skin type and preferences.</li><li>Explain product features, benefits, and usage instructions clearly.</li><li>Provide product testing (swatches, samples) while maintaining hygiene standards.</li><li>Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized beauty display.</li><li>Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.</li><li>Approach customers proactively and build strong customer relationships.</li><li>Gather customer feedback and report sales results to supervisors.</li><li>Stay updated with current beauty trends and product knowledge.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience in cosmetics, skincare, or beauty retail is highly preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Presentable, confident, and passionate about beauty.</li><li>Knowledge of skincare routines, makeup basics, and beauty trends.</li><li>Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.</li><li>Flexible to work on weekends, evenings, and mall hours.</li><li>Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus, depending on region).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
