Sales Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales team in achieving company targets. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the FMCG sector, strong leadership abilities, and a track record of driving sales growth and market expansion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Qatar FMCG market, modern trade, and traditional trade channels.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in sales planning, forecasting, and target achievement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting systems.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and ensure effective market coverage.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and retailers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Conduct regular field visits and provide coaching to sales representatives.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure proper execution of promotions, product launches, and merchandising standards.
  • Implement company sales policies and procedures.
