Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales team in achieving company targets. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the FMCG sector, strong leadership abilities, and a track record of driving sales growth and market expansion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar FMCG market, modern trade, and traditional trade channels.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in sales planning, forecasting, and target achievement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting systems.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure effective market coverage.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Conduct regular field visits and provide coaching to sales representatives.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure proper execution of promotions, product launches, and merchandising standards.
- Implement company sales policies and procedures.
