Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Sales Executive to promote and sell ELV solutions, including CCTV, Access Control Systems, Video Intercom, Structured Cabling, Public Address Systems, Intrusion Alarm Systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), and related security and communication technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ELV systems and solutions.
- Meet prospective clients, consultants, contractors, and end-users to understand project requirements.
- Promote the company's ELV products and services to commercial, industrial, residential, and government sectors.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with technical teams for solution design and project estimation.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the ELV industry.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and pipeline reports in CRM systems.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to generate leads.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in ELV, Security Systems, ICT, or MEP-related industries.
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems such as:
- CCTV & Video Surveillance
- Access Control Systems
- Structured Cabling
- Video Intercom Systems
- Public Address Systems
- Intrusion Alarm Systems
- Gate Barrier Systems
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Networking Solutions
- Ability to read basic technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience in preparing quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals.
- Valid driving license (preferred, depending on location).
