Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, order fulfillment, and overall warehouse distribution. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse processes and the ability to operate various equipment safely and effectively.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform picking and packing duties for order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy in shipping &amp; receiving.</li><li>Assist with materials handling, including heavy lifting and packaging of products for distribution.</li><li>Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to OSHA safety standards.</li><li>Participate in regular inventory audits and assist in the implementation of best practices for warehouse management.</li><li>Support manufacturing processes as needed, contributing to overall operational efficiency.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred, with familiarity in inventory management and order picking.</li><li>Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes and materials handling techniques.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks accurately under time constraints.</li><li>Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly throughout the shift.</li><li>A proactive attitude towards safety practices and compliance with OSHA regulations is essential.
