Warehouse Associate

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, order fulfillment, and overall warehouse distribution. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse processes and the ability to operate various equipment safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking and packing duties for order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy in shipping & receiving.
• Assist with materials handling, including heavy lifting and packaging of products for distribution.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to OSHA safety standards.
• Participate in regular inventory audits and assist in the implementation of best practices for warehouse management.
• Support manufacturing processes as needed, contributing to overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred, with familiarity in inventory management and order picking.
• Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes and materials handling techniques.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks accurately under time constraints.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly throughout the shift.
