We are seeking a motivated and dependable HVAC Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing residential HVAC systems and boilers, deliver superior customer service, and demonstrate a strong desire to grow with the company. This position is well-suited for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and continuous learning.Responsibilities<ul><li>Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers</li><li>Perform HVAC installations for new construction and retrofit projects</li><li>Ensure all installations meet local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with homeowners</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment</li><li>Accurately complete job documentation and reports</li><li>Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors</li><li>Troubleshoot installation issues as needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</li><li>Experience installing residential HVAC systems</li><li>Working knowledge of boiler systems</li><li>New construction installation experience preferred</li><li>Service and troubleshooting experience is a plus</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to lift heavy equipment and tools</li><li>Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, basements, and rooftops</li><li>Ability to stand, kneel, and climb for extended periods</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Supportive team environment</li><li>Steady work with a growing company</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourWork Location: In person
